In January I bought a package from, it included a coffee maker.  Well, the coffee maker has pretty much stopped working.  So I just called 1-800-Gevalia and with no hesitation they are sending me a new one, and told me just to throw the old one away (I didnt have to send it back).  I like when companies make things easy!!
